Terms & Conditions
It is the responsibility of the customer to read through the General Conditions before placing orders. Once an order has been placed, this means that the customer has accepted these conditions.
Please allow 24 hours for our support team to respond to queries. Please note that operating hours are 7am-7pm, Monday to Sunday .
Guarantee and returns:
If you are unhappy with the goods you have received due to damaged material or factory faults you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt and at the customers expense. Refunds for the purchase price (which does not include postage) will be issued for products returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We can not refund clothing or accessories which have been printed or customized specifically to your needs according to your sizes or colors however we will try to come to some arrangement if you need to cancel the order. Please note that the returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit to us. All our products are Official Products straight from the licensed manufacturers and will not accept returns regarding this matter. If we are unable to supply an item and payment has already been made, you will have two options: 1) We will issue you a full refund of the purchase price, or 2) You can choose to wait until the item is instock again. Pictures on the site may at times vary in detail and color to the actual product. Custom Kits: all our custom kits are manufactured with the highest of quality. Sizes and colors may vary so it is the responsibility of the customer to purchase a sample before ordering a set of kits. The reason for this is because there are thousands of various shades of blues and greens etc, so what you see on screen will be as close as possible to the actual color of the kits. Once the kits have been personalized by names or numbers it will not be returnable as we may not be able to resell your custom kits. It is the customers responsibility to read through the conditions on our website before purchasing.LovetheGame will pay the postage price for any goods that need to be resent in an exchange situation where a fault was made on our side.
How to order and pay:
Bank Transfer : You can pay for your order to the Love the Game Bank account from anywhere in the world. Once you place your order, we will send you an official invoice. Once you've transferred the total invoice amount into the LovetheGame account, we will then ship your order to you. We however do not accept any cheques under any circumstances. Bank Transfer and commission fees belong to the buyer.
Internet bank Transfer : We accept payments via the internet ( bank to bank ). Once you place your order, we will send you an official invoice. Once you've transferred the total invoice amount into the LovetheGame account, we will then ship your order to you.
Payment gateway terms / conditions:
With reference to PAYGATE payment method-
Rovec Distributor cc T/A Lovethegame shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users.
For the purpose of this clause, "personalinformation" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information
Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.lawsofsouthafrica.up.ac.za/index.php/current-legislation.
2. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
3. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for Lovethegame via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the
website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
4. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Lovethegame separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site.

5. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is
South African Rand (ZAR).
Lovethegame takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
7. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Lovethegame chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature Lovethegame, 15/17 Clarkson Strand, 7140, Western Cape
Lovethegame may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

All payments made on the website should be accompanied by a reference number which we will provide. This way we are able to trace the source of each payment. Please use your reference number when paying. If you are not provided with an reference number, simply email us and we will provide you with one.
Once your payment is accepted,you will receive an email confirming the items that you have ordered. This will serve as your invoice. We will then process the order and inform you when the order is shipped to you.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in ‘Guarantee and returns'.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions.
In order to combat fraud, we have setup a verification system which may require customers with orders over a certain value, to confirm certain information with us either via telephone or email. Failure to provide us with these details may force us to cancel your order and refund your card according to our terms and conditions. Please keep in mind that these checks are done purely for the security of our customers.
Any damaged goods should be returned to us for replacement. Incorrect/faulty goods must be returned to us before replacements are sent out. In this situation LovetheGame will accept all postage charges.
Processing of orders:
All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. LovetheGame aims to arrange shipment of all "IN STOCK" items within 48 hours of receiving your order. International Delivery is charged at a flat rate of R450. If your items are not in stock the order will take 8-15 working days for the stock to be shipped from the overseas manufacturers to our distribution. All countries outside of South Africa need to add an additional 3-5 working days. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. LovetheGame at times may not be able to supply by the estimated dates until our suppliers get the items in stock. If you have opted for our "CUSTOM NAME & NUMBERING" service, please add an additional 3-5working days to the above.
Shipping/Postage of "IN STOCK" goods will take place within 24-48 hours of received payment confirmation. Goods will be posted Counter to Counter unless stated otherwise and a tracking number will be provided for the customer to collect at the nearest post office...this will take approximately 24- 48hours (from dispatch time from our distribution) to arrive if the "SPEED POSTAGE\" option was selected with your payment.
If your selected items are not "IN STOCK", please allow 8-15 working days. If our suppliers are out of stock, LovetheGame will then source your item from another supplier/retailer but the price will remain the same, customers will not be charged extra if this occurs and LovetheGame will pay for any additional costs.
Confirmation of payment refers to the amount reflected in the bank account of LovetheGame , and not the one you may have with you. Customers must use there invoice number as a reference when paying.
The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to your nearest post office of the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments. Title to any product ordered will pass to you once LovetheGame has received payment in full for that product. Risk in any product ordered will pass upon delivery to you.
Please note that payments on orders booked for EFT/bank transfer need to be paid within 72 hours. If no payment has been made within this period, your order will be cancelled and released back into stock for others to purchase.
International Southern African Orders:
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; LovetheGame advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that when shipping products internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 20th November for out of stock items or 10 December for instock items. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 48 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.
The store has been designed to only allow items that are in stock to be ordered but not the exact size of the item , to ensure that we have the correct size in stock please do not hesitate to contact us via telephone or email us with this request. We are more than happy to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
WASHING OF ALL PRODUCTS:
All products must be treated seperately when washing.
DO NOT soak or leave in water. Items must be hand washed in cold water, or dry cleaned. DO NOT wash in any washing machines as this will cause damage to your jerseys. LovetheGame recommends jerseys to be Dry Cleaned. Any damage to the jerseys by any customer who do not adhere to the above will not be refunded. LovetheGame will not be held responsible unless the above was taken into consideration when washing.
About LovetheGame :
We sell only official custom kits and soccer merchandise direct from the licensed manufacturers without the huge mark up. All our customer kits, shirts, jerseys, jackets and caps are made out of the finest fabrics. We do not sell rejects or seconds. In short, we have the finest quality soccer merchandise to order.
Use of content and images :
Any commercial use or distribution of material , including images, without permission is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Lovethegame management.
Use of material without permission will lead to fines per image up to R10,000.
